TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE STUFFED CHICKEN

Pınar Classic Turkish Style Sausage
4 fillets chicken breast
1 glass of kashar cheese, grated
4 tbsp. garniture
2 tbsp. olive oil
Tenderize the chicken breast with a meat tenderizer and make it thin. Sprinkle salt and add garniture. Sprinkle grated kashar cheese and the Turkish Style Sausages on the garniture. After covering tightly by wrapping, join with toothpick from two places. Place into the baking tray with baking paper on it. Apply olive oil over the top with a brush. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for 20 minutes until the top of the chicken breast turn golden yellow. Slice salad and stuffed chicken side by side and serve.
