TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE POTATO CROQUET

Ingredients
Pınar Classic Turkish Style Sausage
2 potatoes
1 tea cup kashar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. corn starch
Salt

 

For the topping;
2 eggs
5 tbsp. flour
Bread Crumbs

To fry;
Liquid oil

Directions
Boil the potatoes in salty water without peeling. Drain and let cool. Grate cooled potatoes to a wide pot. Chop the Turkish Style Sausages, add grated kashar cheese, corn starch and salt and then, mix thoroughly. If necessary, you may sprinkle a little flour. Once the dough becomes thick, dust your hands with flour and take pieces from the mixture in walnut size and then, roll. Lay the rolls on a tray and allow them to set in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour until hardened. When the croquets are hardened, dip them first into the flour; next, beaten egg and finally, bread crumbs and cover well. Heat the sunflower oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is heated, fry the croquets for approximately 3 to 4 minutes until they turn golden color. Serve hot
