TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE FOR SNACK WITH ASPARAGUS PUREE (Per 6-8 people)

Ingredients
1 bunch of asparagus
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, ground black pepper
PINAR Turkish Style Sausage, diced

 

 

 

Directions
Cut the hard stems of the asparagus and chop in large pieces
Boil in hot water for 10 minutes
Drain thoroughly and blend with hand blender
Add olive oil, lemon, salt and ground black pepper
Put the asparagus into the serving spoons
Cook the Turkish Style Sausage in the pan for 2-3 minutes
Put it onto the asparagus puree and serve immediately
