TAVA BOREK WITH TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE AND SPINACH

Ingredients
3 pcs. phyllo dough
For mixture with Turkish Style Sausage and Spinach;
Pınar Classic Turkish Style Sausage
2 bunches of spinach (washed, finely chopped )
1 onion (grated)
1 tea cup kashar cheese, grated
2 glasses of white cheese
3 tbsp. sunflower oil
Salt

Directions
Add the sunflower oil to a pan and brown the grated onions. Next, put finely chopped spinach onto the onions. Brown for approximately 5 minutes. Add the Turkish Style Sausages and brown for another 1-2 minutes. Take the Turkish Style Sausageand mixture out of the cooker and add crushed white cheese too. Season with salt. Stir the mixture adding grated kashar cheese. Grease a separate pan with a very little sunflower oil. Lay one phyllo dough into the pan so the sides of phyllo dough go out of the pan. Divide the second phyllo dough into small pieces and put it on the phyllo dough in the pan. Pour the whole mixture of Turkish Style Sausage and spinach on it. Lay the third phyllo dough onto this by crumbling it. Fold up hanging edges of phyllo dough and cover. Cover the pan and bake first the underside at a low heat and then, the top by turning it upside down. When both sides are roasted, take from the cooker and serve.[/vc_row]
