TARHANA (sundried food made of curd, tomato and flour ) SOUP WITH SOUDJOUK

Ingredients
Pınar Şölen Hot Soudjouk
4 tbsp. tarhana
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
6 glasses of water
1 tbsp. dry mint

 

Directions
Wet tarhana with one glass of water in a bowl and let rest for approximately 1 hour until it becomes tender. Put 5 glasses of water in a saucepan at a medium heat. Once boiled, pour tarhana gradually into the saucepan. Lumps may occur. To prevent this, stir tarhana continuously. Cook at a low heat for 10 minutes. Cut the Soudjouks in a pan and sauté with butter. Pour onto the soup. Sprinkle mint and serve.
