TALAŞ BOREK (puff pastry with meat kebap filling) WITH PINAR CLASSIC TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE

Ingredients
8 pcs. of puff dough
1 egg yolk (beaten)
Filling;
Pınar Classic Turkish Style Sausage
2 glasses of boiled garniture
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and ground black peppercorn
For the topping;
Black cumin

Directions
Peel the onions and dice. After peeling the tomatoes, remove the interior flesh and chop. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the Garniture and Turkish Style Sausages and brown. Season with salt and ground black peppercorn. Put mixture of Turkish Style Sausages into the middle of the dough pieces. Cover the dough by joining the ends of the dough pieces. Turn upside down and apply the egg yolk with a brush. Sprinkle black cumin. Let rest in the refrigerator for approximately 25 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20 minutes.
