SPRING SALAD (PER 2-3 PEOPLE)

INGREDIENTS
125 gr Pınar Cottage Cheese
1 lettuce, medium
1 handful of cherry tomato
10 leaves spinach
5-6 pieces of parsley
5-6 pieces of mint
½ glass of crushed walnut
½ tea cup coarse bulgur

FOR DRESSING
½ tea cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ lemon juice
½ teaspoon honey
Salt, hot pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS
Put the bulgur aside in water exceeding its top and cook until it absorbs its water and then, put aside for cooling. Wash the lettuce and spinach leaves and dry thoroughly. Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut them in half. After washing and drying parsley, lettuce and spinach leaves, chop them in large pieces. Mix the lemon juice and honey for the sauce of salad in a pot. Add olive oil, salt and hot red pepper and beat. Put the lettuce, spinach, tomato, mint, parsley and boiled bulgur in the salad bowl. Mix by adding the sauce. Randomly spread Pınar Cottage Cheese cut into small pieces onto the salad and then, serve.
