SAUTÉ WITH FIG, VEGETABLE AND TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE

Ingredients
Pınar Şölen Hot Turkish Style Sausage
3 tbsp. crushed walnut
5 tbsp. chopped peanut
1 zucchini
1 onion, medium size
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
6-8 yellow mini tomatoes
8-10 fresh mushroom
1 carrot
Salt and ground black peppercorn

Directions
Peel the onions, divide them into two pieces and chop in semi-lunar shape. Cut the apricots into two pieces. Remove the seeds of the peppers and dice. Peel the carrot and dice. Chop the zucchinis in the same manner. Remove the stem of the mushrooms and dice. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and sauté until they turn brown. Add the carrot and continue sautéing . Add the peppers and mushrooms. Add the Turkish Style Sausages and continue baking for another 2-3 minutes. Put them into the service plates. Sprinkle crushed walnut and peanut over the top and serve.
