ORZO PILAF WITH PINAR TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE AND ZUCCHINI

Ingredients
PINAR CLASSIC TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE
2 zucchinis
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 glasses of barley noodle
4 glasses of hot water
Salt and ground black pepper
4-5 pieces of parsley (finely chopped)

Directions
Wash the zucchinis and tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice. Chop the onions for cooking. Finely cut the garlic. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes and zucchinis to a saucepan at a medium heat and add 1 tbsp. olive oil. Season with salt and ground black peppercorn. Cover the saucepan and cook at a low heat without adding water until the zucchinis are tender. Next, add orzo and 1 tbsp. olive oil to the saucepan and brown. Then, pour hot water adding a little salt and ground black peppercorn. After orzo drain, remove from the cooker and let rest. Bake the Turkish Style Sausages in a separate pan. Add baked zucchinis and Turkish Style Sausages and stir. Serve dressing with minced parsley.
