NOODLE WITH TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE, WALNUT AND CHEESE

Pınar Şölen Traditional Turkish Style Sausage
3 glasses of noodle
1 glass of ground walnut (minced)
1 glass of whey cheese or white cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
Boil the noodle by traditional pasta boiling method. Melt the butter in a separate pan. Add the walnuts and the Turkish Style Sausages after browning them for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the boiled noodles. Put the noodles into the service plates. Dress with cheese over the top and serve hot.
