MUFFIN WITH TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE AND CORN

2 glasses of flour
1 glass of milk
1/4 glass of sunflower oil
1 glass of corn flour
1 packet of baking powder
Pınar Classic Turkish Style Sausage
1/2 glass of boiled sweetcorn
To grease the molds;
Beat the eggs thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Add the sunflower oil and milk and beat.
Add the flour gradually. Do not put all flour. Bring the dough to a little more liquid consistency than “boza” (thick, slightly fermented millet drink). Add the baking powder and salt, and then beat. Add the Turkish Style Sausages and corns. Grease the molds with butter. Divide the dough equally. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes.
