MINI TARTLET WITH PINAR GOURMET TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE FOR SNACK ( 10-12 pcs.)

Ingredients
4 potatoes, medium size
2/3 glass of PINAR cream
Salt
4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
PINAR Gourmet Turkish Style Sausage
Basil for dressing
Mini muffin mold with 12 eyes

 

Directions
Heat the oven to 180 C
Finely slice the potatoes (you may use mandolin)
Cut the slices in circular shape with a round cookie cutter or the mouth a tea cup in line with the size of muffin molds
Add a little salt into the cream and stir
Spread the cream with a brush onto the potato slices
Lay the slices in the muffin molds so that each mold contains 5-6 slices
If cream has remained, pour it onto the potatoes
Sprinkle parmesan cheese
Cook for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and lay the sliced Turkish Style Sausages over the top
Cook for another 6-7 minutes
Dress with basil and serve hot
