MINI BOHÇA BOREK ( kind of pastry) WITH GOURMET TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE

Ingredients
1 large piece of phyllo dough
1 zucchini, medium size
¾ glass of water canned mushroom
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 glass of PINAR Gourmet Turkish Style Sausage, diced
Spring onion

 

 

Directions
Chop the zucchinis in thin stripes
Chop the mushrooms in small cubic shape
Put the soya sauce in a pan, add the zucchinis and mushrooms into the pan
Occasionally stir and cook for 8-10 minutes
Add the Turkish Style Sausages
Cut the phyllo dough in 10-cm squares
Put one spoonful of this mixture in the middle of each
Hold like a bag and fasten its mouth with spring onion*
Heat the oven at 180 C
Lay baking paper onto the baking tray
Put the bags side by side and cook for 20 minutes
*Cut the spring onion with scissors and allow it to be a little tender by pressing with your hand. Then, it will be easier to fasten.
