HOME-MADE MANTİ (Turkish ravioli with yogurt )WITH TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE

Ingredients
PINAR CLASSIC TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE
1 egg
1/2 glass of water
1 dessert spoon salt
2 glass of flour

Filling;
Şölen Traditional Turkish Style Sausage

For the topping;
3 bowls of yogurt
5-6 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
4-5 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes

Directions
Put water, egg and salt in a wide pot and stir. Next, add the flour gradually and knead the mixture so that it becomes hard dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Spread very little flour onto the place where you will roll out the dough. Put the dough onto it and spread again flour onto the dough. Roll out thick phyllo dough with a rolling pin. Cut the phyllo dough in small square shapes to make the phyllo dough ravioli. Filling; Add the chopped Turkish Style Sausages in the middle of square dough pieces. Join the ends of the dough pieces with each other and cover the manti. After entire manti is covered, put sufficient amount of water into a huge saucepan, add salt and boil. Leave manti pieces carefully into the boiling water. After putting manti, wait so that water boils again. Mix the yogurt and the garlic in a bowl. Melt the butter in a pan, add red pepper flakes and bake. Once manti is baked, put sufficient amount of manti onto the plates with a slotted spoon and add yogurt mixed with garlic over the top. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and hot butter and serve.
