HERBY OMELET AND TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE ON BAGUETTE (Per 4-6 people)

Ingredients
3 eggs
1/3 glass of milk
Salt
Powdered Black Pepper
1 tbsp. finely minced rosemary
1tbsp. finely minced fresh mint leave
1 tbsp. finely minced fresh basil
1 baguette
50 g PINAR butter
Sliced PINAR Şölen Traditional Turkish Style Sausage

Directions
Beat the eggs in a wide bowl thoroughly
Add the milk, salt and powdered black pepper
Add the herbs and stir
Slice the baguette in a rectangular baking pot and lay them side by side
Melt the butter in a teflon pan
Spread the butter over the baguette
Spread the egg on the baguette in a balanced manner
Put two Turkish Style Sausage slices on each slice
Cook in a heated oven at 180 C and serve hot.
