DRY BEAN STEW WITH SHALLOT

Ingredients
PINAR ŞÖLEN TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE
400 gr boiled dry bean
7-8 shallots
2 tomatoes
3 green peppers
1 long red pepper
5-6 cloves garlic
1 dessert spoon tomato paste
1 dessert spoon red pepper paste
5 tbsp. butter
2 glasses of water
Salt and ground black pepper

Directions
Peel the shallots. Peel the skins of the tomatoes and dice. Remove the seeds of the green peppers and red peppers and chop finely. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Melt the butter in the stewpan. Add the shallots and bake until they are browned. Add the peppers and the Turkish Style Sausages to the saucepan and brown. Add the garlic, tomato and red pepper paste. After stirring for once or twice , add the tomatoes and bake. Add boiled potatoes. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Add the gravy, boil for 5 minutes and put into the stewpan. Cover the lid of the stewpan and bake at 180 C for 10 minutes so that flavors become uniform. Serve hot.
