RISOTTO WITH GOURMET TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE AND DRIED TOMATO

Ingredients
PINAR GOURMET TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE
1 ½ glass of water risotto rice
8-10 dried tomatoes
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 glasses of chicken broth
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese (grated)
Salt and ground black pepper
5-6 pieces of fresh thyme

Directions
Let the tomatoes sit in 2 tablespoon olive oil and then, dice. Brown the olive oil, dried tomatoes and the rice in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper. After browning a little, add 1 tablespoon butter and stir well so that the rice grains are coated with butter. Next, add half of the chicken broth and bake, stirring occasionally until the water of rice grains are drained out. Add water as long as the the water is drained out until baked. When the rice grains absorb the chicken broth, add the rest of the chicken broth and continue baking. After risotto is baked, add grated parmesan cheese and bake for 1 to 2 minutes too for thickening. Let rest for 5 minutes. Bake Gourmet Turkish Style Sausages in a separate pan for 1 to 2 minutes. Add baked Turkish Style Sausages into risotto and stir. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and serve hot.
