COTTAGE CHEESE AND EGGPLANT BEUREK   (PER 6 PEOPLE)

INGREDIENTS
250 gr Pınar Cottage Cheese
4 pcs phyllo dough
5 pcs roasted eggplant
1 cloves minced garlic
150 gr fenugreek-free pastrami
½ glass of water olive oil
Pınar Fresh Kashar Cheese, grated
Black cumin, sesame
Salt, black pepper

 

 

DIRECTIONS
Peel the grilled eggplants and chop. Brown chopped garlic and eggplant for several minutes by adding a little olive oil and then, remove from the cooker for warming. Cut Pınar Cottoge Cheese in small pieces and add to warm dough. After cutting the pastrami in small pieces and adding to the mixture, season with salt and black pepper. Cut the phyllo sheets into two pieces and spread olive oil with water added on them. Spread a little internal dough on the phyllo sheets and roll. Fold the roll in three pieces and put it in the baking tray. Spread on it olive oil with water added on and then, sprinkle the sesame, black cumin and grated Pınar Fresh Kashar on top. Bake for averagely 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Serve hot or warm.
