BULGUR PILAFF (a type of bulgur dish) WITH PINAR TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE AND TOMATO PASTE

Ingredients
Şölen Classic Turkish Style Sausage
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 onions
2 cloves garlic
4 long green peppers
1 yellow pepper
2 red peppers
3 tomatoes
4 glasses of water
2 glasses of bulgur for pilaff
1 tbsp. butter
Salt

Directions
Finely chop the onions, garlic and peppers. Peel the tomatoes and then, dice. Heat the olive oil and butter in a saucepan and add the Turkish Style Sausages. Add the onion, garlic without baking them thoroughly and then, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes too. Add the tomatoes. Add water and salt; then, boil the mixture. Add “bulgur” and after covering the saucepan, bake at a low heat until it drains. Cover the top with a paper towel and let it rest for 10 minutes. Spread boiling butter and serve.
