BREAD WITH TURKISH STYLE SAUSAGE AND FRESH SPICES

Ingredients
Gourmet Turkish Style Sausage
500 g flour
1 glass of + 3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. honey
30 g yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoon rosemary
70 g sliced olive
35 g sun-dried tomato (minced)

Directions
Mix 3 tbsp. water, honey and yeast. Let rest for 10 minutes. Put the sun-dried tomato, olive oil, thyme and rosemary, flour and salt and knead. After kneading the dough, add fresh thyme leaves, minced rosemary, olive and Turkish Style Sausages. Knead the dough for a short while. Place the dough into two tart molds in 20-cm size. Apply olive oil over the top, press with your fingers and let rest for 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for approximately 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
