ANNE POĞAÇASI (a type of pastry) WITH SOUDJOUK

Ingredients (18-20 pcs.)
Pınar Classic Soudjouk
3,5 glasses of flour
150 g butter
150 g margarine
1,5 tea spoon salt
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
30 g yeast
2 eggs
1/4 glass of water

For the topping;            
3 egg yolks
1/3 glass of Black Cumin

Directions
Adjust the temperature of the oven to 175 °C. Mix granulated sugar, yeast and water in a bowl. Combine flour, butter, margarine, salt and egg in a dough kneading pot, add yeasty mixture and knead. Make 55-gr lumps of dough. Slightly roll the lumps by pressing with your palm and add 5-6 pcs. of diced Soudjouks in the middle and cover by rolling. Lay onto the baking tray with baking paper spread on and let fermentation in room temperature. Spread egg yolk onto the fermented pastries and bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes after sprinkling the black cumin. Serve hot or warm.
